Kate Tym is a former commissioning editor, a performance poet and also appears as part of a comedy-song singing double act called the St Leonard Twins. She has written a range of books including pre-school board books, young fiction, teenage and adult titles. Growing up in a small village and being pony mad, Sarah Harvey would cycle miles at the weekends just to spend a morning at the stables, later begging and borrowing ponies to take to rallies and shows. Her passion for horses has continued throughout her life, and she remains passionate about equine welfare. Sarah now has two grown-up daughters and splits her time between South Devon and France with her partner.
