It teaches the skills necessary for using non-fiction books, focusing particularly on the fuzzbuzz facts level 2 books. It begins by teaching the vocabulary needed to do the activities within the workbook itself e.g. "alphabetical", "order", "cover", "information" etc, and goes on to teach alphabetical order, "parts" of a book, using contents and index, using tables, and identifying fiction and non-fiction from book covers.
