Stanley Bagshaw, the lovable duffer, lives near a factory which makes sprockets and wheels. Left to watch the wheel-making machine, our Stanley falls asleep and the result is a fourteen-foot wheel. The wheel then makes its way through Huddersgate causing hilarious levels of chaos.
