In "Ellie and Her Emotional Dragons," young Ellie embarks on a journey to understand and manage her emotions, personified by whimsical dragons that represent her feelings. Each dragon embodies a different emotion—joy, sadness, anger, and fear—creating challenges and adventures in her daily life. As Ellie learns to acknowledge and embrace these dragons, she discovers valuable lessons about emotional awareness, resilience, and self-acceptance. With vibrant illustrations and relatable storytelling, this book encourages young readers to explore their own emotions, helping them to navigate their feelings with confidence and compassion.
