Cynthia is a rat, and so dirty and smelly that even the other rats avoid her. Then one day a heavy storm breaks, and water pours down the drain in a torrent. Cynthia is washed away, and when she emerges at the other end of the drain she realizes that she has undergone a dramatic change.
