Bernie is the only pupil at Marnover School. That's because all the other parents have sent their children to the big primary in the town. Bernie wants to go but her mum says the village school is going to close unless Bernie stays there.Marnover turns out to be much more fun than Bernie thought. Especially when she gets to be captain of the smaller-than-average school football team. But when the teachers start to lose the plot, Bernie realizes it's up to her to save the school. So she takes charge and dazzles the school inspectors. Soon everyone wats to go to Marnover School!
