“Building the Great Wall of China” by Anne Timmons tells the story of the monumental effort to construct one of history's most iconic structures. The narrative unfolds through the eyes of workers, soldiers, and visionaries who contribute to this massive project during various dynasties. Readers witness the challenges of labor, the dangers posed by invaders, and the ingenuity required to overcome obstacles.
