Masks are a fun way to transform yourself. This volume demonstrates how to turn yourself into a Spanish giant or a skeleton that glows in the dark, and shows how to make a Japanese theatre mask. Masks can be made with all sorts of materials from papier-mache to a kitchen sieve and they can be used in all sorts of ways from dressing up to going to a costume party or for a school theatre production. There are simple ideas as well as more intricate designs. The introductory section lists materials, equipment and basic techniques.
