The return of two highly successful titles originally published in the early 90s: Father Christmas Joke Book and The Great Father Christmas Robbery put together make "The Big Fat Father Christmas Joke Book". The first title is a more traditional joke book but, written by Terry Deary, it does havea rather original style, linking jokes and involving the characters from Father Christmas himself to a whole host of gnomes. The Great Father Christmas Robbery is actually a "pun-packed" story, featuring Sherlock Gnomes and Docker Watson, who are desperately trying to save Christmas from the evil look-alike Santa.
