Billy is the roughest, toughest, gruffest goat in the country and eats everything in sight. If he reaches Dog City, he will gobble up the whole town! Ten-Gallon Bart must stop himbut he cant do it alone. With the help of Miss Kitty and the other animals in town, he works up the courage to face the big bully.
