Captain Pugwash accepts a paying passenger who is not all that she seems. When Tom looks inside her trunk he smells a rat - a big fat rat called Cut-Throat Jake. Pugwash doesn't believe him, so Tom saves the Captain using the Duchess' potent cocoa.
