Stephen Huneck's popular and enduring creation, Sally the dog, experiences life in the snow in this new picture book. When night falls and Sally can't find her way home, the rescue dogs manage to find her and bring her back to safety. He lived with his wife, Gwen, and their four dogs in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, near Dog Mountain, where his Dog Chapel is located. His own dog, Sally, was Huneck's inspiration for these books. Huneck died in 2010.
