Shh! Did you hear that? Froobie Pink is safely tucked up in bed while Grandma Pink reads him a story but what he is really listening to is the RATTLE at the window and the HOWL that surrounds the house. 'Close your eyes and count to fifty,' reassures Grandma, ' and the storm will pass.' Sure enough, when Froobie opens his eyes again it is dark and quiet. But not for long. The RATTLE becomes a TAP-TAP-TAP and soon sounds like a BANG BANG BANG. All of a sudden Froobie (and his bed) are swept off the floor and flown out of the window into the midnight sky. Froobie is needed by Mr Chillyweather and the terrified night noises to undertake a dangerous mission. Froobie must fly into the mouth of THUNDER, who is terribly ill and administer a very large spoonful of medicine. Alone
