Saviour Pirotta was born and educated in Malta. In 1982, he moved to England and spent eight years working as a storyteller for the Commonwealth Institute, visiting schools and libraries around Britain. He has written over 60 books for children and adults, including Turtle Bay which won a number of awards. His work has been translated into 15 languages. He lives in Yorkshire. Stephen Butler trained at Bath Academy of Arts. He now works as a freelance illustrator and tutor in Art and Design at Tower Hamlets College. He lives in London.

Henny Penny
A nut falls on Chicken Licken's head and he is convinced that the sky is falling down and he must warn the king. On his way to the palace he meets Henny Penny, Goosey Loosey, Cocky Locky, Ducky Lucky and Drakey Lakey, who all decide to accompany him to warn the king. But then the animals meet Foxy Loxy who lures them to his den. Will the birds escape the fox and fulfill their quest, or will Foxey Loxey eat them up for tea?
