He studied English Literature at Newcastle University before becoming a writer. Simon has written several books including "Here I am" Said Smedley, The Baby That Roared and The Little Old Lady who Cried Wolf among others - and he hopes to write many more. Martin Chatterton Martin Chatterton has illustrated over eighty children's books, and written over twenty. He has illustrated the whole Mummies series. He now lives in Australia and spends a lot of time surfing! Martin Chatterton was born and raised in Liverpool but now lives in Australia with his family.
