All kids dream of flying - and young Jose is no exception. When the adults in town shut down the rocket-shoe factory and ban all flying, Jose obeys and puts his rocket shoes away, just like everyone else. Then a crisis occurs and Jose determines that the quickest way to save the day is to put those forbidden flying shoes back on. Will he break the rules? Told in compelling rhyme, this tale is a must-read for any kid who is fascinated by flight.
