Sean Fraser is a graduate of Journalism and Media Studies from Rhodes University (1987) and a freelance editor and writer based in Cape Town. Prior to launching a successful freelance career in book publishing in1996, he was Managing Editor of Struik's Children's Books and then the internationally acclaimed Globetrotter Travel Series. Since 1996, he has written a number of glossy coffee-table, reference and guide books, with a strong focus on the people, places and cultural heritage of southern Africa. He is also an established editor and publishing consultant, having worked on a vast array of book titles, from high-profile political biographies to award-winning children's and adult fiction.
