About the artist: Sonia Esplugas studied illustration at the Escola de la Dona in Barcelona, Spain, and now lives with her husband and their two cats in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Sonia has published many books in Spain and Argentina, but this is her first project with Barefoot Books. Sally Hobson gained her degree in Graphic Information Design from the Falmouth School of Art before going on to work for Universal Pictures as an animation painter. She is now a full-time illustrator and lives in Essex with her four children.
