Read Write Inc Phonics is a proven synthetic phonics programme that ensures early success in reading, writing and spelling. It includes Speed Sound Cards, Word Cards, Ditty Photocopy Masters, Ditty Books, Storybooks, Non-fiction, Interactive Stories and Writing books. It is supported by teacher resources and a full training package to ensure its easy implementation. This CD-ROM with PowerPoint slides enables teachers to display the Speed Sounds and word charts in the Read Write Inc. Storybooks to groups or a whole class. Each Read Write Inc. Storybook contains instruction pages at the beginning which children work through before reading the story independently. There are also review activities at the end of each book. These slides provide teachers with an alternative way of presenting these pages to groups, or a whole class.
