Federica Magrin was born in Varese in 1978, has worked in publishing for over ten years, first as editor of Edizioni De Agostini and now as a freelance. She mainly works in children's books, but also writes educational texts and stories and translates novels. She has produced the book `City Atlas' for White Star. Isabella Grott has been selected for an exhibition at the Pisa Book Festival. She collaborates with various publishers to create illustrated books, on paper and digital, and she teaches at the Nemo Academy in Florence. Rob Lloyd Jones never wanted to be a writer when he grew up - he wanted to be Indiana Jones. So he studied Egyptology and archaeology and went on trips to faraway places. But all he found were interesting stories, so he decided to write them down. Jake Atlas and the Hunt for the Feathered God is Rob's fourth novel, though he has written more than thirty other books for children, including non-fiction and adaptations of such classics as Jekyll and Hyde. He lives in East Sussex with his wife and two young sons.
