In "Rudolph Shines Again" by Robert L. May, the beloved reindeer returns for another heartwarming adventure. It’s Christmas Eve, and Rudolph, with his famous glowing nose, is feeling a bit overlooked. With the other reindeer busy preparing for Santa’s big night, he sets off on his own journey to help a group of lost animals find their way home. Along the way, Rudolph learns the value of teamwork and friendship, ultimately proving that his unique light can guide others in dark times. This charming tale celebrates the joy of helping others and the importance of acceptance and self-worth. [Generated by language model - please report any problems].

Robert L. May created Rudolph in 1939, when his company, the Montgomery Ward department stores, asked him to write a Christmas story that they could give away to customers. Little did he know his creation was destined to become a Christmas classic. Over the years Rudolph appeared in cartoons, books and finally came the song which secured Rudolph's place in Christmas history, and in our hearts, forever. Robert L. May died in 1976. American author and illustrator Lisa Papp was inspired by her local library's "Read-to-Dogs" program. "These former shelter dogs are now spending their lives helping children. It's a beautiful thing to watch. " Most of the dogs featured in the book were once living a life on the streets or in shelters. Lisa spent the better part of a year following these wonderful dogs and their dedicated owners.
