Rachel Bright is a writer, illustrator, designer, printmaker and eternal optimist! Rachel has worked as an air hostess, an extra in Doctor Who and an advertising copywriter, and her picture book, My Sister is an Alien won the Nottingham children's book award. Rachel also runs the card and gift company The Bright Side. Nick Dowson, now an English and Drama teacher, has worked as a bracken cutter, a graphic designer, and as one of the dynamite crew for a survey company. Nick lives with his partner in Suffolk. Yu Rong was born and raised in China. She worked as a computer designer, arts and crafts creator and children's book illustrator for five years before moving to England with her husband.
