The "Multicultural Stories" series brings together storytellers and artists to retell tales from around the world. Each title contains colourful artwork, while allowing space for the text, so that the different oral traditions are brought to life. Each story is introduced by a short information section that tells the reader about the place and people from which the story comes, and allows children to put the story into context.
