Illustrations by Randy Dunckley. I don't believe in ghosts. Actually, that's not quite true. I didn't used to believe in ghosts. With everything that happened over this past year, now I'm not so sure. First there was the crazy Halloween party at Kendall Kingsley's house. I wasn't there, but I heard that a bunch of scarecrows came to life and stole everyone's Trick 'R' Treat bags. I figure that was probably just some mean high school seniors. But I'm not sure. Now, you might think I'm making a big deal out of nothing, but let me ask you this: have YOU ever lived next door to an honest to goodness haunted house? I think that I do. But I'm not sure.
