This follows the successful "Hodder English Starters: Sentence Level", which was specifically aimed at those in year 7. "Starters" include activities on sentence construction and punctuation, clauses, ambiguity and meaning, tenses, writing dialogue, paragraphs, manipulation of language, standard English and stylistic conventions.
