Kim Miller loves animals, which is just as well, because her parents run their animal agency from their home. They have two trained dogs themselves, but also provide other animals for media work. When Kim's not at school, she helps train the animals and often goes along on location or to the TV studios as an assistant to her mum and dad.

Kim's Jack Russell, Harry, lands a role in an episode of a hard-hitting new TV cop series. The lead actor is Sean Browne, a tough guy who is well known as a 'hard man'. Unfortunately it turns out that Sean isn't quite so hard when it comes to dogs - he's terrified of them! Sean tries to cover up his fear by getting Harry written out of the series. Kirsty knows Harry hasn't done anything wrong - but unless she can help cure Sean's phobia, he's going to get poor Harry sacked!
