Naomi Howarth 's The Crow's Tale (2015) was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children's Book Prize and she has twice been nominated for the CILIP/Kate Greenaway Medal. Naomi is also the author/illustrator of Tug of War (2017) and The Night Dragon (2018). A designer as well as a gifted illustrator, Naomi studied Costume Design at the London College of Fashion, and has her own line of homeware products. She lives in London.
