Nilesh Mistry was born in Bombay. He came to Britain in 1975 and studied illustration at Harrow School of Art and Central St Martin's School of Art. He lives in Harrow. Michael Morpurgo has brought together poems by writers as diverse as Spike Milligan and Stevie Smith, John Lennon and Jo Shapcott.
