"Cartwheeling in Thunderstorms" tells the story of a spirited young girl named Wilhelmina "Will" Huxley, who lives a carefree life in Zimbabwe, surrounded by the beauty of the African landscape. Her world is filled with adventures, from exploring the bush to navigating the challenges of friendship and family. However, Will's life changes dramatically when her father passes away, and she is sent to live with relatives in England. Struggling to adapt to her new surroundings and longing for the wild freedom of her home, Will embarks on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and the quest for belonging.
