Bagram Ibatouline is the illustrator of The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo and many other picture books. Born in Russia, he now lives in New Jersey, USA. E. Nesbit (1858-1924) spent her childhood in Germany and later lived in England. Her classic stories of fantasy and adventure for children, written in the early 1890s, include The Story of the Treasure Seekers, Five Children and It, The Phoenix and the Carpet and The Railway Children. Matt Tavares is the illustrator of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas and the author/illustrator of Zachary's Ball and Oliver's Game. He lives in Maine, USA.
