Moira Kemp is an established author/illustrator known for her picture books and covers. She is published by Simon & Schuster; HarperCollins, Transworld, as well as creating some very successful covers for Hodder's Dark at the Foot of the Stairs and A Perfect Fright. Mathew Price was born in Devonshire. He spent five years at Dillon's University Bookshop, then worked Hutchinson, Eel Pie Publishing and Blackie, before setting up as a packager in 1983 and as a publisher in 1998. Mathew is married to a Hawaiian American and has two children. He has written many books for children, including Join-In Stories for the Very Young, and the Little Red Car Stories.
