This is the story of a resourceful and quick-witted racoon, who chose as her home the very most cosy attic she could find - in a house occupied by a man, a woman, and a little boy who loved animals and adventure. In this title, two pages of natural history facts and racoon lore are included at the story's end.

She lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband Pat, their son, and a cat named Boomer.
