Tikki Flicker is stuck in Pisky Marsh, and she is fed up. The hags of Hags' Academy have offered her a place at their School for Bad Fairies, but Uncle Sedge won't let her go. So when the hags ask Tikki to try out for a Badge of Badness, Tikki hopes that, with the filly-fae's help, her bad deeds will convince Sedge that she really is a bad fairy. The Pixiepackers are a group of human children dressed in a green uniform, and their jolly, fat Leader is a woman who sees good in everything. They seem like a good target for Tikki's tricks. But will Tikki be able to spoil their camping trip, win her Badge of Badness and convince Uncle Sedge of her bad nature all at the same time?
