This new play from respected playwright Mark Wheeller offers a new perspective on Little Red Riding Hood, the traditional fairytale. The relationship between Granny and the wolf is a source of concern for Red's parents who send their innocent little girl to visit and report back. When a harmless prank goes too far, tragedy ensues, leaving Granny without her special friend and Red's father with a guilty conscience. Themes of tolerance, prejudice, family and relationships are explored.
