Trina Schart Hyman (April 8, 1939-November 19, 2004) was an American illustrator of more than 150 children's books. She won the Caldecott Medal for Saint George and the Dragon and lived in Sweden. Margaret Hodges (1911-2005) was a Caldecott Award-winning American writer of books for children. She wrote and published over 40 books before retiring in 1976. She died in 2005. Trina Schart Hyman was an American illustrator of children's books. She illustrated over 150 books and won four Caldecott awards during her career.
