In an unspecifed time in the future in Eurostate 8 - the country once known as England, Angel Ashe is approaching her 15th birthday. In a world where life is conducted using high technology, all entertainment is by means of the Vee Net, Angel is not alone in amusing herself by travelling to parallel worlds.
