Tim Preston is a freelance author of a number of children's books. He wrote the popular Templar titles Pumpkin Moon, illustrated by Simon Bartram, and Lonely Scarecrow, illustrated by Maggie Kneen. Lorna Hussey has been drawing since before she could write. She studied illustration at Manchester Polytechnic, where she was taught by Tony Ross. Publishing clients since have included Bloomsbury, Usborne, Hachette and Kingfisher. Lewis Carroll is the author of the acclaimed children's classics Alice in Wonderland and Alice through the Looking Glass. Lorna Hussey is a talented card and book illustrator. This is her first book for Bloomsbury. She lives in Llansantffraid, Powys.
