Carrie's brother Ned has a small part in a US TV show and so she and her family are spending the summer in Los Angeles. It's great that Chloe and their American friend, Maddy, are staying nearby but she'll have to email her chief confidante, Rani, to update her on events. Carrie's intending to lead a life of glamour, pick up some great style tips and meet the stars of Ned's show but not everything goes according to plan!
