Lisa Forrest is a TV and radio broadcaster, actor and writer. She lives in Sydney with her husband, Jesse, and their cat, Sugar Ray. While she was never quite an international sports star, she did swim for Australia as a teenager. She competed at the 1980 Moscow Olympics and at the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton in 1978 and in Brisbane in 1982, where she won two gold medals.
