In "Monsters" by Linda Jennings, the story follows a young boy named Ben, who grapples with the fear of both real and imagined monsters lurking in his life. As he navigates childhood challenges and his complex feelings, Ben discovers that some fears can be transformed into understanding and friendship. With the help of his loving mother and a few brave companions, he learns to confront his anxieties and see through the shadows that haunt him. As he embarks on a journey of self-discovery, Ben understands that courage can turn fear into strength, and that monsters can sometimes hide within us all.
