Pingu and Pinga decide to become explorers and camp out all night in a tent. Pingu isn't happy about Pinga bringing her toy rabbit along, so he convinces her that it's a monster and she throws it out of the tent in fright! Pingu starts to get scared too, when a big shadow appears on the side of the tent, and a strange, crunching noise can be heard from outside...
