"Planets" by Lauren Kukla explores the intricate relationships between individuals set against the backdrop of a vast, cosmic journey. The story follows a group of characters, each navigating their own personal struggles and ambitions, as they embark on an interstellar adventure that challenges their perceptions of love, loyalty, and purpose. As they traverse different worlds, they confront their fears and desires, ultimately discovering that their connections are as boundless as the universe itself. Themes of identity, belonging, and the search for meaning resonate deeply, making this narrative a poignant reflection on human experience within the grandeur of space.
