"Black Beauty" is the story of a horse's life from his own perspective, illustrating the harsh realities of both the horse and human experience. Born on an English farm, Black Beauty enjoys a happy youth before facing the cruelty of various owners. Throughout his journey, he encounters kindness, suffering, and the importance of compassion for all living beings. As he transitions from one owner to another, each experience teaches him about loyalty, love, and the need for humane treatment. Ultimately, Black Beauty's tale serves as a powerful commentary on the treatment of animals and the bonds that can exist between humans and horses.
