"Gabi, a Girl in Pieces" follows the life of Gabi Hernández, a high school senior navigating the struggles of her family's challenges, including her father's addiction and her mother's emotional instability. Amidst these difficulties, Gabi finds solace in writing poetry and trying to assert her identity as a Mexican-American girl. With the support of her friends, she confronts issues of love, self-acceptance, and the complexities of growing up.
