Winnie has a new spell to perform, and she can't wait. She has a beautiful dress to wear too, but she suddenly sees that she has spilt red jelly on it. In a tearing hurry she pops it into her washing machine - along with her magic wand! The dress is lovely and clean, but the wand - well, the wand is just not the same. And Winnie's spells don't seem to work either. Winnie is in despair. How will she be able to perform her special spell? All the other witches are relying on her. It's up to Wilbur, her cat, to save the day.
