She now works as a freelance editor and writer, and lives in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, with her two cats. Alison Edgson was born in County Down in Northern Ireland. She studied Visual Communication at the University of Ulster in Belfast. She is currently living in France with her husband, two chocolate Labradors and a cat. Alison Sage and Susanna Gretz's enormously popular storybooks were first published nearly thirty years ago. These tv tie-ins have the original stories as their basis.
