Can a 12-year-old make a difference for animals? After moving to a rural town, Robin is depressed. But after saving her pregnant dog from a frozen lake, she begins rescuing wild animals. Soon she's running an illegal animal shelter, and when she's found out, the town tries to shut her down, but she mounts a campaign to save her shelter.
