Stomper the mule isn't sure about the rules at mule school. The other mules are as stubborn as well a mule! But Stomper doesn't want to be stubborn all the time. So when a terrible disaster strikes, it's up to Stomper to save the other mules from their own stubbornness, and make them realise that sometimes it's good to be different.

She has published poems in a number of anthologies. Jane Massey lives in Hove. She has also illustrated Night-Night, Poppy! and It's Mine! for Little Tiger Press.
