Josee Masse has always been drawing. Her father was a painter and as a child she remembers painting with him in his studio. After studying graphic arts in Montreal, she worked as a graphic designer before beginning her career as an illustrator. Josee loves illustrating books for children and enjoys working in her studio near Montreal. Mireille Levert was born in 1956 and at age twelve decided to be an artist. Since 1975 she has illustrated children's books and magazine articles. Her artwork has been exhibited in Canada, the United States, France, Italy and Japan, and has won numerous international awards. Mireille is also the author and illustrator of the Molly books, including "Molly Draws. "
