Marilyn Singer , a recipient of the NCTE Award for Children's Poetry, is the author of more than one hundred books. She lives in New York and Connecticut. After studying graphic arts in Montreal, she worked as a graphic designer before beginning her career as an illustrator. Josee loves illustrating books for children and enjoys working in her studio near Montreal.
